D’S DAMAT shirt height and weight size guide. For height bands 160–165 through 185–190 cm: 50–59 kg XS, 60–64 kg S, 65–74 kg M, 75–84 kg L, 85–94 kg XL, 95–104 kg XXL, 105–114 kg 3XL, 115–125 kg 4XL. For 190–195 cm the same recommendations apply except no recommendation is supplied for 50–59 kg.
